Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a PCB Operator in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assembling electronic components on PCBs, soldering, visual inspection and operating SMT/THP production equipment.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in PCB assembly, experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing, and PCB testing. Knowledge of ESD and blueprints is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing, and PCB testing.
• Knowledge of electronic components, SMD land patterns, solder paste and reflow processes.
• Experience using soldering stations and hand tools.
• Knowledge of ESD precautions and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and PCB loading lists.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components on PCBs and perform soldering and visual inspection.
• Operate SMT and THP production equipment and related processes.
• Work with solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place and reflow systems.
• Assist with testing, conformal coating and cleaning where required.
• Maintain adherence to ESD and safety standards and document results.

  JOB DESCRIPTION

  The PCB Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components on PCBs, soldering, visual inspection, and operating SMT and THP production equipment. The role involves operating solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place, reflow, automatic inspection, washing, conformal coating, and functional testing equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PCB Assembly.

• Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing, and PCB testing.

• Knowledge of electronic components, SMD land patterns, solder paste, and reflow processes.

• Experience using soldering stations and hand tools.

• Knowledge of ESD precautions and safety standards.

• Good attention to detail and ability to identify component defects.

• PCB Assembly Operator certification is an advantage.
