Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi seeks a PCB Technician with at least 3 years in PCB assembly and SMD production. You will assemble, test, and inspect PCBs, operating SMT equipment, and ensure products meet specifications.

Responsibilities include soldering, rework, preventive maintenance, and adherence to IPC/J-STD standards, 5S, and quality policies. The role requires strong detail orientation and proficiency with MS Office for documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in PCB Assembly / SMD production.
• Experience with stencil printers, pick & place, reflow ovens, SPI, selective soldering, and conformal coating.
• Strong knowledge of SMT and through-hole components.
• IPC/J-STD standards knowledge; 5S and documentation.
• Good MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs and perform testing and inspection.
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance.
• Operate SMT/PCB assembly equipment including stencil printers and P&P machines.
• Soldering and rework to IPC/J-STD standards.
• Ensure assemblies meet quality and customer requirements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PCB Assembly / SMD production.
• Experience with Stencil Printers, Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, SPI, Selective Soldering, and Conformal Coating.
• Strong knowledge of SMT and through-hole components.
• IPC Class III soldering and PCB rework experience.
