Job summary

NeoX FZCO in Dubai is seeking an Assembly Line Operator to perform electronic assembly along the production line, adhering to detailed work instructions and quality standards. You will support on-time production under the supervision of the Assembly Line Leader, operating insertion machines, soldering stations, and testing equipment while following ESD and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in assembly line operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the microelectronics industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards for electronic assemblies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks following detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Assemble electronic components and products using both manual and automated methods.
• Ensure accurate and precise placement of components on PCBs and perform soldering where required.
• Inspect assembled products for defects and conduct in-process quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and document production data.
