Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a PCB Operator with a minimum of 3 years of PCB assembly experience. You will assemble components on PCBs, solder connections, and conduct visual inspections and testing to ensure product quality.

The role involves operating SMT/THP production equipment and related tools, reading blueprints, and adhering to ESD and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PCB assembly experience.
• Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI and PCB testing.
• Knowledge of PCB layouts, SMD land patterns and reflow processes.
• Proficient with reading blueprints and job specifications.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The PCB Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components on PCBs, soldering, visual inspection, and operating SMT and THP production equipment. The role involves operating solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place, reflow, automatic inspection, washing, conformal coating, and functional testing equipment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PCB Assembly.
• Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing, and PCB testing.
• Knowledge of electronic components, SMD land patterns, solder paste, and reflow processes.
• Experience using soldering stations and hand tools.
• Knowledge of ESD precautions and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and PCB loading lists.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify component defects.
• PCB Assembly Operator certification is an advantage.
