Responsibilities

• Monitor building operations, investigate equipment faults, and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Review and approve maintenance materials, spare parts, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate construction site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and coordinate with consultants and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills are required; experience in maintenance contract management is preferred.
