• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and track Electrification initiatives across the network, ensuring alignment with operational and business priorities.
• Support broader network planning activities, including tracking of cross-functional actions, operational goals, and leadership follow-ups across FC and AMZL.
• Maintain centralized visibility of key network action items, risks, dependencies, and milestones to support execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Partner closely with Finance teams to support cost tracking, investment visibility, forecasting inputs, and performance reporting related to network initiatives.
• Maintain and track network KPIs and operational metrics, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables and escalations where required.
• Support preparation and coordination of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and other leadership reporting forums, including data consolidation, metric validation, action tracking, and business updates.
• Act as a central coordination point across Operations, Planning, Finance, and partner teams to drive alignment on network priorities and business actions.
• Develop and maintain standardized governance routines, trackers, reporting templates, and planning mechanisms across the network.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-through on leadership actions and operational commitments across the business.
