Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for hands-on maintenance and condition monitoring of GIS and power transformers in 400/132 kV substations. You will read alarms and control schematics, operate SF6 gas handling and oil filtration equipment, and troubleshoot basic low-voltage faults.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years (or a Trade Certification with 6+ years) and practical knowledge of substation equipment and control schemes.

Qualifications

• Diploma Electrical Eng. with 5+ years experience.
• Trade Certification with 6+ years experience.
• Experience in GIS/substation equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and monitor GIS and power transformers in 400/132 kV substations.
• Read AC/DC alarms and control schematics.

Hands on experience in maintenance and condition monitoring of Gas Insulated Switchgear / Power Transformers and associated equipment in 400/132 kV transmission substations.

Ability to read basic AC/DC alarms and control schematic drawings, experience in handling SF6 Gas Handling machine for GIS works / Transformer Oil Filtration Machines.

Capable of troubleshooting basic low voltage AC/DC circuit fault. Knowledge of electrical components working principle, used in alarms and control schemes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma Electrical Eng. with min. 5 yrs of experience or Trade Cert. with min. 6 yrs of experience
