Job summary

SAMSUNG E&A is seeking an Electrical QA/QC professional to lead inspection activities at the Taziz Methanol Project site in Abu Dhabi. The role covers ITP preparation, inspection execution, and NCR handling to ensure conformance with NEC/IEC standards.

Candidates should have 0–10 years in QA/QC with electrical expertise, welding, coating and NDT certifications. The position requires on-site work, competitive benefits, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 0 to 10 years of QA/QC inspection experience with oil, gas or petrochemical projects.
• Familiarity with project specifications, standards and ITPs.
• Experience in medium to large-sized industrial projects.
• Background in electrical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control inspection status using inspection matrix and QC records.
• Prepare ITPs and manage inspection matrices per project requirements.
• Perform inspections and record results per ITP standards.
• Coordinate with client inspectors and QC team for NCRs.
• Issue NCRs and support corrective action plans to close out on time.
• Review submittals and generate client inspection RFIs as needed.
• Support preparatory meetings with subcontractors for electrical features.
