Job summary

AIQU is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our operations & electrical team in Sharjah on a 1-year contract with extension potential. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for UPS, DC systems, generators, LV panels, and fire/battery systems, respond to emergencies, and drive root-cause analyses.

You will lead technical teams, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of E&M activities.

Qualifications

4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
Maintenance on UPS, DC systems, generators, LV panels, fire and battery systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; troubleshoot electrical systems.
Lead and coordinate technical teams; manage work orders and training.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS, DC systems, generators, LV panels, fire systems, battery systems, and power distribution systems.
Respond to emergencies and restore operations following malfunctions.
Troubleshoot UPS, rectifiers, PLCs, diesel generators, ATS, firefighting systems, and related controls.
Review E&M documents for accuracy; analyze failures to identify root causes.
Create, manage, and close work orders; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Provide regular training to the operations team; operate in a 24/7 environment.
