Role Context

The Electrical Inspector will provide independent site oversight of electrical installations throughout the construction process. The position bridges design requirements and field execution by confirming that materials, workmanship, equipment, testing, and completed systems comply with approved drawings, specifications, Abu Dhabi regulations, and applicable international standards. Through disciplined inspections and accurate reporting, the role helps prevent installation defects, resolve technical issues early, protect site safety, and maintain construction progress without compromising quality or regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support timely project delivery by communicating critical inspection findings without unnecessary delay.
• Participate in site meetings and technical discussions when electrical quality, compliance, or construction sequencing requires coordination.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should have at least 6 years of hands‑on experience in electrical inspection and site supervision within construction, commercial development, or infrastructure projects. Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, components, testing procedures, and construction quality requirements is essential. The role requires familiarity with Abu Dhabi and wider UAE electrical codes, safety regulations, and authority requirements. A valid electrical inspection license or professional certification recognized in the UAE is required. Experience working with large-scale commercial or infrastructure developments will be particularly valuable. The preferred candidate will also have exposure to CAD or electrical design applications, construction management platforms, and project coordination environments. Strong English communication, technical reporting ability, sound judgment, and a methodical approach to managing multiple inspections are important for success.
