Job summary

Holcim UAE is seeking a maintenance engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to join our cement plant team. You will perform regular inspections, manage preventive maintenance schedules, monitor equipment health, and generate technical reports to plan actions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in a maintenance department, with at least 3 years in inspection, preferably in cement. On-site role with safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Department, preferably within the cement industry, with at least 3 years in an Inspection department.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections on all plant equipment and initiate maintenance requests.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules by updating preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment health using relevant condition predictors like vibration and oil analysis for critical machinery.
• Generate technical reports on a periodical basis regarding equipment condition, to plan required actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
