Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Superintendent - Construction (EIT) to oversee direct electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications construction across assigned areas, coordinating resources to achieve safe system completion.

You will lead supervisors and subcontractors, plan priorities against milestones, and ensure readiness of engineering, material, access and permits before work fronts are released.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years in EIT construction with 5+ years in site leadership or superintendent roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and subcontractors delivering electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications installations.
• Plan area priorities, manpower and equipment against construction and system completion milestones.
• Coordinate cable containment, cable installation, equipment erection, instrument installation and related interfaces.
• Confirm engineering, material, access and permit readiness before releasing work fronts.
• Monitor productivity, contractor performance and short term recovery actions.
• Coordinate inspections, testing readiness and punch clearance with QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Enforce permit, isolation and energization controls within the approved authorization structure.
• Report progress, constraints and completion risks to construction management.
