Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior EIT construction professional to lead electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications installations across assigned areas. You will coordinate resources, manage interfaces, and ensure safe system completion.

Requirements include a degree in Electrical/Instrumentation engineering and 12+ years in EIT construction, with at least 5 years in site leadership or superintendent roles.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years in EIT construction, including 5+ years in site leadership or superintendent responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and subcontractors delivering electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications installations.
• Plan area priorities, manpower and equipment against construction and system completion milestones.
• Coordinate cable containment, installation, equipment erection and instrument installation.
• Confirm engineering, material, access and permit readiness before releasing work fronts.
• Monitor productivity, contractor performance and short term recovery actions.
• Coordinate inspections, testing readiness and punch clearance with QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Enforce permit, isolation and energization controls within the approved authorization structure.
• Report progress, constraints and completion risks to construction management.
