Job summary

Wood Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Superintendent - Electrical & Instrument for a high-profile oil and gas project in the UAE. You will lead on-site activities, ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance, and coordinate with engineering and contractors to deliver against complex milestones.

Responsibilities include managing cost control, overseeing multi-discipline field teams, and ensuring EPC performance from construction through commissioning on USD 500M+

Qualifications

• Degree with extensive Oil & Gas experience, including major capital projects (> USD 500M).
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate as needed.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and contractor deliverables on site.
• Manage cost and schedule for assigned disciplines.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning and completion activities.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental requirements are met.
