Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for electrical works.
• Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop bid proposals and support tender submission activities.
• Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials and industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in electrical estimation, a strong understanding of the Middle East construction market, and hands‑on expertise in Candy CCS Estimation Software. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of competitive bids for electrical projects. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the tendering and pre‑construction process by evaluating project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring commercially competitive submissions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
