Job summary

Ignite Search and Selection is seeking a senior Estimation/Tendering professional in Dubai, UAE, with 10–15+ years of GCC experience. The role focuses on cost estimates, pricing strategies, and negotiations with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will lead and mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive value engineering while managing risk across large-scale construction tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• 10-15+ years in estimation and tendering within GCC construction market.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimating software (Candy/CCS, Primavera).

Salary Package AED 40,000 to 70,000 maximum package
