Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Engineer to supervise Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul activities within the Pressure Pumping Division. You will oversee testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic/electromechanical equipment and ensure adherence to engineering instructions and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a B. Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years in drilling/oil & gas or petrochemicals, including 3 years at Lead Engineer level,

Qualifications

• B. Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10 years of broad experience in drilling, oil/gas or petrochemical industry, with 3 years at Lead Engineer level.
• At least 5 years’ experience with CMMS.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and ERP software such as SAP.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul activities.
• Oversee testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic assemblies.
• Review work orders and requisition tools, equipment, and parts.
• Maintain documentation on failure analysis and repairs.
• Provide technical expertise for repairs and overhaul of equipment.
