Job summary

Larsen & Toubro seeks a Construction Manager – Electrical for large-scale EPC projects in the power and infrastructure sectors. The role requires an Electrical Engineering degree and 8–15 years of proven experience across Gulf countries and/or India.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, project management, and the ability to oversee substations, HV networks and transmission lines from mobilization to handover, with strict adherence to safety, quality and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Degree Electrical Engineering is required.
• 8–15 years of proven experience in executing electrical projects.
• Experience in substations, power plants and overhead transmission lines.
• Experience in Gulf countries and/or India preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to keep schedule and budget.
• Implement QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Manage subcontractors, review performance and resolve disputes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and drive timely decisions.
