Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certifications or specialized training in construction, civil works, power plant operations, or substations is a plus.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in civil, power, or substation projects, preferably in Gulf/India contexts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities and ensure work aligns with approved plans and schedules.
• Lead site engineers, technicians, and workers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Allocate resources and manage equipment efficiently to maximize progress.
• Track milestones, prepare progress reports, and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to avoid disruptions.
