Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to supervise 1–4 proposals and 1–3 projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality across global offices. The role involves guiding manpower planning, coordinating recruitment, and leading design reviews while maintaining safety and standards.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in electrical engineering for Petrochemical/O&G contexts, with strong leadership, risk management, and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of detailed design engineering experience; at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Familiar with IEC, BS, IEEE, API and other international codes and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 1–4 proposals and 1–3 projects, ensuring quality and technical excellence.
• Coordinate manpower recruitment and conduct technical interviews.
• Provide guidance on engineering planning, resources, and project execution with cross-office collaboration.
• Ensure manpower adequacy and efficient utilization of Electrical Engineers.
• Develop company standards and participate in design reviews and QA activities.
• Interact with client representatives and other offices to ensure consistency and quality.
