Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Construction Manager – Electrical to lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large EPC projects in power and infrastructure.

You will oversee substations, power plants, overhead transmission lines, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality and HSE, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and ensure on-time performance and budget control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8–15 years experience in Gulf countries and/or India
• Experience with substations, power plants, overhead transmission lines

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver medium to large EPC projects in power and infrastructure.
• Oversee construction of substations, power plants, and transmission lines.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project teams for timely execution.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Manage project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning and handover, maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure project targets are met.
