Job summary

Dar in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator to lead review, coordination and validation of electrical BIM deliverables in line with BEP and EIR. You will manage model quality, run weekly coordination meetings with contractor and client, and act as the on-site BIM escalation point.

The role requires strong hands-on BIM expertise with Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo, and a track record of guiding site teams on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical BIM coordination on large-scale projects.
• Ability to mentor BIM Coordinators and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, coordination, and validation of electrical BIM deliverables per BEP, EIR, and BIM standards.
• Review and validate electrical BIM models, data structures, and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate and document weekly BIM review meetings with contractor and client.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and site teams to strengthen electrical BIM coordination.
• Serve as the primary on-site BIM contact and escalation point.
