Dar is seeking an experienced BIM Coordination Specialist to support site operations, ensuring BIM deliverables align with the project BEP and EIR. You will review models, coordinate with contractors, and drive digital processes across on-site activities.

The role requires extensive use of Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bentley, and Dynamo, with a background in Architecture or Engineering and Autodesk certification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
• Autodesk Certified Professional preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in BIM coordination or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and coordinate BIM deliverables submitted by the contractor.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings, and data comply with BEP, EIR, and appendices.
• Coordinate and track contractor BIM progress and report deviations to Resident Engineer.
• Conduct basic model reviews and clash detection to confirm spatial coordination.
• Support digital processes, data exchange protocols, and continuous improvement across site activities.
• Knowledge of AEC software (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bentley, Dynamo) to support modelling and coordination.
• Arrange and document BIM coordination meetings with contractor and client representatives.
• Maintain a digital record of approved models, datasets, and correspondence for traceability.
