Job summary

ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across architectural, structural and MEP models on active projects.

You will enforce BIM standards and BEP guidelines, run clash detection meetings using Navisworks, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and produce coordinated drawings, schedules and model deliverables aligned with IFC/approved drawings for on-time project handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 7+ years of BIM coordination experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation, update and maintenance of BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Lead and conduct BIM coordination meetings to identify and resolve model clashes.
• Ensure consistency of modeling standards, naming conventions, and documentation as per BIM protocols.
• Generate coordinated drawings, schedules and quantities extracted from BIM models as required by the project team.
• Assist in developing 4D and 5D BIM integrations in collaboration with planning and cost control departments.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth BIM data exchange and model submissions.
