Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven leadership in complex markets with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Background in digital analytics, forecasting, or commercial technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish, operationalise and scale a brand-new BIA function across the EEMEA region.
• Hire, mentor and inspire a diverse regional team and foster an inclusive culture.
• Design scalable operating models and processes to deliver work across a diverse region.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of technology platforms including CRM like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Act as strategic advisor to regional leadership to align digital capabilities with business priorities.
• Translate ambitions into structured portfolios balancing regional needs with enterprise capacity.
