The role centralizes technical leadership across countries, establishing a unified operating model with governance and measurable outcomes for InterSystems EHR and HealthShare solutions. International travel is expected up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-country implementations.
• Strong healthcare IT or enterprise software implementation background.
• Deep understanding of architectures, integration, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify all Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single structure.
• Define and enforce technical implementation best practices, governance, and quality frameworks.
• Maintain alignment with country leadership to support annual targets and apply regional synergies.
• Drive cross-country collaboration and resource optimization for regional deployment.
• Own regional capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization with data/AI insights.
• Oversee partner strategy, onboarding, performance management, and alignment.
• Embed and scale ARIES AI-driven methodologies across delivery activities.
• Establish KPIs for delivery quality, efficiency, and partner performance.
• Support country Professional Services Directors to ensure project success.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of deliverables.
