Job summary

Cengage in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to own end-to-end revenue execution for the assigned territory, including pipeline creation, deal progression, and achieving sales targets. You will implement focused sales motions, ensure rigorous qualification, and maintain accurate CRM records to forecast and report on performance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, solution-led selling, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing account development with language proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, education, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Higher Education sector.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and activity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue execution for the assigned territory, including pipeline creation and deal progression.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing territory sales strategies and prioritized account plans.
• Drive solution-led selling dialogues based on customer outcomes and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Represent Cengage at conferences and events; maintain accurate CRM entries.
