Charterhouse Middle East is seeking a Projects Coordinator to join their innovation and learning team in Dubai. You will plan, implement, and evaluate institutional‑wide innovation initiatives, ensuring projects are well‑scoped, timelines realistic, resources in place, and outcomes captured.

You will coordinate logistics, maintain thorough documentation, and facilitate feedback cycles to provide leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Business, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or management, preferably within education or innovation sector.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate institutional‑wide innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics, maintain documentation and feedback cycles for actionable leadership insights.
• Prepare summaries and reports for leadership and board meetings.
• Collaborate across teaching, learning, and operations teams.
• Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance; identify opportunities for process improvement.
