• Identify and integrate emerging trends including AI, EdTech, STEAM, and experiential learning.
• Manage innovation projects from planning through evaluation across all phases.
• Promote research-informed and evidence-based teaching practices.
• Support project-based learning, design thinking, and interdisciplinary curriculum models.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to embed critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy.
• Launch pilot initiatives and scale successful innovation programs.
• Design and deliver professional development focused on modern pedagogy and digital transformation.
• Establish student innovation programs such as coding clubs, makerspaces, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Organize innovation challenges, exhibitions, and hackathons.
• Develop partnerships with universities, technology firms, and industry leaders.
• Present strategic reports and progress updates to Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance with all school policies.
