Qualifications

• 5+ years in community building, partnerships, or senior relationship management.
• Experience with founders, operators, investors, or industry leaders.
• Fluent English; Dubai ecosystem network a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build structured, high-context profiles for residents to understand their business priorities.
• Translate insights into opportunities: partnerships, hires, deals, visibility, ecosystem access.
• Facilitate high-value introductions across founders, operators, investors, and partners.
• Track and evaluate the impact of connections to generate real outcomes.
• Act as a trusted relationship owner for senior members, ensuring long-term engagement.
• Design and run senior-facing formats that deliver meaningful business value.
• Identify ecosystem gaps and co-create new initiatives to address them.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and industry connectors.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, Admissions, Events, and Leadership across functions.
• Elevate the quality and depth of the community continuously.
