Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced eCommerce leader in Dubai to drive annual strategy, budgeting, and promotions. You will manage product assortment, pricing, and presentation to optimize site performance and profitability.

You will also lead performance marketing across PPC, Display, Social, and Affiliate channels, leverage analytics to improve KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eCommerce management with performance marketing and merchandising.
• Strong background in digital marketing channels including PPC, Display, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Dynamic Yield, and SFCC.
• Data-driven decision-making with experience in web analytics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
