Job summary

Eyewa seeks a strategic E-commerce Manager to lead its online business in Dubai, driving growth across digital channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Experience to deliver sustained performance and exceptional online experiences.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in e-commerce management in online-first settings, with strong analytics, UX, and performance marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including e-commerce management in online-first company.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, UX optimization, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Experience in the optical, retail, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Eyewa’s e-commerce business, driving traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee online merchandising, content, pricing, and promotional activities to optimise performance.
• Monitor analytics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and improve site performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on customer acquisition, retention, and CRM initiatives.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure seamless fulfilment and product availability.
• Manage, coach, and develop the E-commerce team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activity to drive growth.
