Job summary

ASBIS Middle East is seeking an Online Sales Coordinator to support and grow our online retail and marketplace business. You will manage product listings, coordinate promotions, monitor inventory, and track sales performance across e-commerce channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in e-commerce or online sales support, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator will thrive in this team world.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales support, or account coordination.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience working with online retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales activities across online retail and marketplace accounts.
Manage product listings, content updates, and new SKU launches.
Execute pricing updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock availability.
Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights.
Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Ensure accurate data, timely issue resolution, and compliance with company processes.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and operational efficiency.
