Job summary

Advansys-Me in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive East Gulf territory growth. You will lead a team of Sales Managers and Executives, set targets, forecast, and secure strategic opportunities with vendors and partners.

You will guide pipeline development, win complex deals, and collaborate with Technical Sales and Tendering to close revenue. Strong leadership and territory management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related business field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales with territory & team leadership.
• Proven forecasting, pipeline building, revenue & order-booking success.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, and tendering functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and execution plan for the defined territory and translate objectives into targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Maintain an accurate, timely territory forecast with CRM hygiene.
• Direct the commercial approach for strategic opportunities including pricing and close plans.
• Coordinate RFP/tender submissions and ensure timely, compliant responses.
• Build strong vendor and partner relationships to extend market reach.
• Provide governance across pricing, contracting, CRM usage, and sales processes.
• Share market and customer insights with senior leadership to inform decisions.
