The role

We are seeking passionate and creative Early Years Arabic Teachers to join the team from January 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Arabic language instruction to young learners in a nurturing, inclusive and developmentally appropriate environment, supporting early literacy and language acquisition through play-based and inquiry-led learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, Arabic Language or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong record of attendance, punctuality and professional commitment.
• Minimum of one year experience or completion of a relevant teaching internship or training in an early years environment.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 (or equivalent) in relevant undergraduate studies.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogies.
• Creative, energetic and caring disposition with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to work productively as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices.
