Job summary

Fortes Education in the UAE seeks passionate Early Years Arabic Teachers to deliver engaging Arabic instruction in an inclusive, developmentally appropriate setting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, strong Modern Standard Arabic skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or early childhood education, or Arabic language, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or completion of a relevant teaching internship in an early years environment.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Creative, energetic, and caring disposition with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Arabic instruction using Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).
• Foster love for Arabic through songs, storytelling, games, and hands-on activities.
• Support holistic child development across cognitive, emotional, physical, and social domains.
• Collaborate with English-speaking teachers to ensure bilingual immersive classroom.
• Plan, assess, and document learning using clear outcomes and observations.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in school life, events, and extracurricular activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective teaching.
