Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, Arabic Language or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong record of attendance, punctuality and professional commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Arabic instruction using Modern Standard Arabic in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent.
• Foster a love for the Arabic language through songs, storytelling, games and hands-on activities.
• Support children’s holistic development through age-appropriate strategies.
• Work effectively with children during focus group activities, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with English-speaking teachers to ensure a bilingual, immersive classroom experience.
• Plan, assess and document children’s learning using clear outcomes and observations.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate actively in early years school life, including events and extracurricular activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
