Job summary

Ghobash Group seeks a Nursery Principal to ensure seamless operation of its Early Learning Centres in Dubai. You will manage staff, oversee curriculum delivery, health and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Strong leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement are essential.

You will drive centre performance, oversee budgets, marketing and sales targets, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality early childhood education aligned with HEI standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in childcare settings.
• Strong understanding of HEI curriculum and compliance requirements.
• Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and staff management.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed across centres.
• Oversee HEI curriculum delivery and quality assurance.
• Lead strategic planning, sales targets and marketing oversight.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing across centres.
• Build partnerships with parents, community partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, centre expenses and financial reporting.
• Act as safeguarding officer and maintain health and safety standards.
