Blossom Childrens Nursery in Dubai seeks a Centre Director to lead a busy childcare operation. You will drive leadership, policy alignment and organizational growth while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

You will engage with families, staff, and partners to deliver exceptional educational experiences across the centre. Responsibilities include operations oversight, HR processes, enrollments, quality assurance, and site management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management capability demonstrated with planning and problem solving.
• Effective communication, including oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with staff, parents, children and partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds, attendance data gathering for staff and children.
• Oversee operations, schedule staff and classroom resources, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, reviews and payroll support.
• Manage enrollments, events, sales KPIs and family engagement programs.
• Ensure quality standards, KHDA/ADEK/SPEA compliance and safety practices.
• Lead site management, facilities requests, risk assessments and inspections.
