Job summary

Marsh Risk in Dubai's DIFC invites a high-potential graduate to join the Early Careers Program - FINPRO MENA. Over 12 months, you will learn Financial Lines products, assist in client deliverables, and gain hands-on exposure to broking and insurance placement in a dynamic market.

You will be mentored, trained, and empowered to grow, while building relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region and developing your professional confidence in risk management.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with family book).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FINPRO MENA in day-to-day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn Financial Lines products and insurance placement fundamentals.
• Support broking activities as you develop market knowledge.
• Build relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region.
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy.
• Participate in training and development programs.

You'll join the FINPRO (Financial and Professional Lines) MENA team in Dubai's DIFC - the beating heart of Middle Eastern financial services. Over the next 12 months, you'll:

• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products including Directors and Officers (D&O), Cyber, Professional Indemnity (PI), Crime, and Surety insurance
• Understand how broking and placement work in real market conditions
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region
• Work alongside experienced industry professionals who are invested in your development
