Marsh Risk in Dubai's DIFC is launching an Early Careers Program in FINPRO MENA. Over 12 months you will learn fundamentals of Financial Lines, D&O, Cyber, PI, crime and surety, while being mentored by seasoned professionals and gaining hands-on client exposure.

The program offers structured learning, exposure to a dynamic insurance market, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement designed to support your growth and career development in the UAE.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with family book)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts
• Strong communication skills in English - you'll be representing us to clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement
• Support broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy
• Participate actively in training and development programs
