Job summary

Baaboo in Dubai is seeking an E-Mail Marketing Talent to elevate our CRM campaigns with data-driven insights and creative automation. You will shape newsletters, develop acquisition and retention strategies, and lead A/B tests to improve open and click rates.

Qualifications

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in email marketing or CRM, with A/B testing experience.
• Native or near-native German language skills (C1/C2) required.
• Strong understanding of CRM models, customer analysis, and segmentation.
• Experience with ActiveCampaign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape our CRM campaigns and newsletters with customer insight and analytical thinking
• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Create engaging and high-converting email marketing campaigns
• Define KPIs and actions to boost customer lifetime value
• Generate reports and actionable analyses
• Write compelling content tailored to our audience
• Support the design and optimization of landing pages
• Collaborate with the creative team to manage all aspects of the email development process (briefings, reviews, routing, delivery)
• Run A/B tests for subject lines, visuals, and copy to improve open, click, and conversion rates
• Support in developing and maintaining a comprehensive email and content marketing calendar aligned with key brand moments, product launches, and campaign priorities

About Your Role:

Your Profile:

• Strong skills in performance marketing

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Able to prioritize, stay calm under pressure, and quickly grasp requirements

• Organized, efficient, and able to work both independently and in a team
