Job summary

Elite Computer Systems and Software Designing L.L.C. (Elite IT Design) in Abu Dhabi seeks a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive the UAE e-invoicing rollout. You own the end-to-end sales cycle from first call to go-live, with no team to manage and a quota to hit.

You will find and qualify SMEs, build your pipeline, run discovery meetings, demo the product, and close contracts with fixed-price proposals. Travel across the UAE and hand customers to the technical team at go-live.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field or inside sales in the UAE.
• Proven experience selling software, ERP, tax technology or finance solutions to SMEs.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of VAT, invoicing and finance processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally or QuickBooks.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently with high outreach volumes.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Available to join immediately.
• English fluency required; Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify SMEs and mid-market companies that need e-invoicing compliance.
• Build pipeline through calls, LinkedIn, email, field visits and events.
• Run discovery meetings with owners, CFOs, finance managers and IT teams.
• Explain the UAE e-invoicing mandate, deadlines and penalties.
• Give live product demos and prepare fixed-price proposals.
• Negotiate, close contracts and collect setup fees and first-year payments.
• Hand signed customers to the technical team and stay as main contact until go-live.
• Follow up on leads from partners within 24 hours.
• Win referrals and case studies from satisfied customers.
• Keep CRM updated with activities, stages and forecasts.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and weekly activity goals.
• Report market feedback and objections to management.
