Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an E-Invoicing Implementation Specialist to support the Finance/Tax team in deploying e-invoicing solutions. You will coordinate with Finance, Tax, IT, ERP teams and vendors to collect requirements and map processes for ERP/e-invoicing integration.

The role covers data mapping, validation, UAT, testing and go-live activities, with focus on VAT compliance and post-go-live support. UAE e-invoicing experience is advantageous for immediate engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in e-invoicing, Finance Transformation, ERP or Tax Technology.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, process mapping and testing skills.
• Good understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, VAT and finance processes.
• UAE e-invoicing experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
