Job summary

Finkraft is seeking a Business Lead for UAE e-Invoicing & VAT Recovery to own end-to-end strategy, product direction, partnerships and revenue in the hospitality sector. The role is based in Dubai and requires building a local presence, leading a team, and shaping the roadmap with engineering to deliver revenue-generating outcomes.

You will lead partnerships with e-invoicing providers and regulators, drive GTM in the region, and ensure governance and compliance across UAE/GCC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE/GCC market with buyers, regulators and ecosystems.
• Strong regional network across hotels, corporates, tax and finance leaders in UAE/GCC.
• Proven record of owning revenue-generating ventures, not advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the UAE hospitality e-invoicing and VAT-recovery line: strategy, priorities, partnerships and results.
• Establish a Dubai presence, grow a local team, and be the company face to hotels, partners and regulators.
• Drive the product roadmap with engineering; decide what gets built, when and why.
