Job summary

United AlSaqer Group (UASG) in Abu Dhabi is seeking an E-Invoicing Consultant to support and optimize e-invoicing processes. You will bridge business users, Finance, Tax, IT, ERP teams, and external service providers, ensuring smooth transactions and compliance.

You will analyze issues, configure systems, test changes, and support rollout, upgrades, and master data accuracy while maintaining regulatory alignment with UAE VAT and e-invoicing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in ERP systems, Finance apps, Tax Tech, or E-Invoicing support.
• ERP, Tax Tech, or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and UAE E-Invoicing Framework preferred.
• Experience with Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) and tax authority integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of integration platforms and middleware technologies preferred.
• SQL and reporting tools for data analysis and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day e-invoicing and finance processes for business users.
• Monitor invoice creation, transmission, validation, approval, and reporting.
• Coordinate resolution of e-invoicing transaction and processing issues.
• Act as liaison between business, ERP, IT, and external service providers.
• Troubleshoot integration, interface, and data quality issues.
• Support ERP and e-invoicing system configurations and enhancements.
• Assist in e-invoicing implementation, rollout, and system upgrades.
• Prepare functional specs, test scenarios, and scripts; conduct UAT.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and correct tax information in invoices.
• Maintain customer/supplier master data and chart of accounts.
• Document end-to-end processes and propose improvements.
• Train end users and provide ongoing operational support.
• Use SQL and ERP reporting to analyze issues and drive improvements.
