Job summary

Andersen Tax Advisory L.L.C. is seeking a professional to support UAE e-invoicing projects, focusing on regulatory requirements, impact assessments, and system integration.

The role involves coordinating with tax, IT and finance teams to translate requirements into techno-functional specifications, supporting UAT, vendor interactions, validation, reconciliation and reporting, and ensuring compliance with e-invoicing regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAE e-invoicing requirements.
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT law and e-invoicing statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the UAE e-invoicing projects (impact assessment, gap analysis, system integration and user acceptance testing, and post go-live support).
• Coordinate with business/ management, tax, IT, and finance teams to translate e-invoicing requirements into techno-functional business requirements.
• Support vendor interactions, including onboarding, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Work with transactional data to support validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to e-invoicing regulations and highlight compliance risks.
• Assist in preparing client deliverables, presentation decks, and implementation documentation.
