Job summary

STI Middle East LLC seeks an experienced E-invoicing specialist to configure ERP for compliant e-invoicing, validate with ASPs and ensure VAT/GST compliance. You will handle B2B/B2G invoicing, integration with SAP/Oracle and Excel, and support AR/AP functions.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and ability to work both independently and within a team, in a dynamic retail environment in Dubai. Driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor of commerce required; CA Inter preferred.
3+ years in e-invoicing and accounting functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and Excel.
Experience in retail sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Configure ERP to generate compliant e-invoices and connect to ASPs.
Ensure all invoice fields meet VAT/GST requirements.
Generate and issue e-invoices for B2B/B2G transactions.
Familiar with 5-corner model, Peppol, and XML formats.
Integrate with Accredited Service Providers for validation/transmission.
Support AR & AP functions; book supplier/customer invoices.
Prepare debit/credit notes and journal entries on booking.
Prepare supplier reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
Coordinate VAT returns preparation for applicable markets.
