nSearch Global Pte Ltd. seeks an Oracle ERP Financial Consultant to lead functional and technical work on Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2, focusing on Finance modules and UAE e-Invoicing requirements.

The role involves implementing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle ERP financial processes, coordinating with Finance, Tax, IT, and external providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and government mandates.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle ERP experience with focus on Finance modules.

• Experience in e-Invoicing and UAE VAT requirements is a plus.

Job description

Oracle ERP Financial Consultant

Purpose

• Oracle ERP Expert with strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2, particularly in Finance modules and e-Invoicing / electronic tax invoicing
• Responsible for supporting, implementing, optimizing, and integrating Oracle ERP financial processes with e-Invoicing platforms and government/regulatory requirements. The role will involve working closely with Finance, Tax, IT, business users, third-party solution providers, and government/regulatory authorities

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of: Oracle General Ledger (GL); Accounts Payable (AP); Accounts Receivable (AR); Fixed Assets (FA); Cash Management (CE); Tax; Purchasing / Procurement; Order Management
• Ability to understand regulatory and tax requirements and translate them into ERP solutions; Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions
• Configure Oracle ERP modules based on business and statutory requirements; Review and improve existing Oracle ERP business processes and controls
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, test scenarios, and user guides; Ensure eInvoice data agrees with Oracle AR/AP transactions and accounting records
• Lead or support e-Invoicing implementation and integration with Oracle ERP; Understand local e-Invoicing and VAT requirements applicable to UAE
• Support integration between Oracle ERP and the e-invoicing platform through API, XML, JSON, middleware, or other integration mechanisms
• Ensure correct mapping between Oracle transaction data and the e-invoicing platform
• Work with Finance and Tax teams to ensure invoices generated from Oracle comply with statutory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in IT or Finance stream. Preference given to Business functions and Technology related stream in Finance
• Minimum 12 years of experience in managing IT services for Finance support functions and related technologies
• Functional certificate in one or more ERP Finance modules preferred
• Excellent business mapping and solution providing skills
