Job summary

Astek Middle East is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Executive to join a premium luxury retail brand with a strong presence across the Middle East and international markets.

You will manage the brand's D2C e-commerce platforms and Amazon marketplace, with hands-on Magento 2 administration, catalogue management, online merchandising, inventory and order management, and marketplace operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Magento 2 administration, catalogue management and configuration.
• Proven online merchandising experience.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities across markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage product catalogue, categories and site configuration in Magento 2 across multiple storefronts.
• Set up and maintain products, categories, pricing, promotions and attributes.
• Ensure product data is accurate across markets and currencies.
• Troubleshoot catalogue and front-end issues; coordinate with IT/development teams.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory across storefronts.
• Support order processing and fulfilment for own webshop and Amazon.
• Create and manage Amazon product listings across regional stores.
• Monitor marketplace operations and listing-related issues.
